Where has the time gone?
What a lazy blogger! I haven't put anything in here. As with most of my life, I have wonderful intentions...then...kabam. Life. Heading to NYC on Friday...The Love of my life will be ending a conference & I'm taking the baby to meet up there. Gonna spend 24 hours... so, I'll then be able to give a little blub on taking the train to NYC with a baby in the SUV of strollers. It'll be a blast.

A good Blog Spot...
My mother in law moved to France this summer & has been maintaining a blog about her travels around Europe. It's a great mixture of photos, tourist trips and recipies...you should check it out!
She calls it Taste Infusions...I think that is a great name since she is Greek-American, and has lived in Germany & France!

It's been a while
OK, I started the blog, but then as usual, didn't follow up! Will start up again soon. It'll probably be more about local curiosities...as we don't really have any true 'Day Trips' planned!

You Choose!
Monday is Rania's Birthday. Rania is the love of my life who has a passion for adventure. Each year on her Birthday I create a selection activies from which she can choose. This year includes:
- Drive to Taunton, MA to explore Battleship Cove, then hop over the river to Providence, RI. and explore the Federal Hill neighborhood. I located a restaurant online called Rue de L'Espoir.
- Drive to Boston, MA and go on the Freedom Trail and partake in the Northend Pirates, Privateers and Patriots Tour. Follow with a fine seafood dinner at McCormick & Schmicks.
- Drive up to Portsmouth, NH and tour the U.S.S. Albacore and walk around the trendy town. Then if it is hot enough go to Water Country, New England's Largest Water Park
- Drive to Mystic, CT and go to Mystic Seaport where we are members. We can check out the current refurbishing project and then walk through the town shoppes. Finish up the day with a sunset cruise on one of the local schooners.
Knowing us the day will either be a combination of a couple of these or a completely different trip! I really enjoy getting some ideas for a trip...getting to a destination and then enjoying what ever comes our way! I will fill you in with the actual trip when we return!
